Mens Wananga / Talanoa

Overview

A six-hour self-development workshop designed for men, focused on self-awareness and personal growth. The session helps participants recognize their thought patterns, emotions, and behaviours, giving them the choice to either build on positive habits or let go of what’s holding them back.

By improving self-awareness, men can strengthen their roles as fathers, partners, and friends, leading to healthier relationships at home and in the community. The workshop provides practical tools for emotional intelligence and better communication, creating a ripple effect that benefits not just the participants but their families and the wider community. Facilitation will be provided from Watene from Amend Movement and Fitz from twosevenfive.
